Una maqueta arquitect\u00f3nica es una representaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica a escala reducida de una edificaci\u00f3n, proyecto urbano, o partes del mismo. La representaci\u00f3n puede ser muy sencilla, de s\u00f3lo vol\u00famenes, hasta extremadamente detallada, similar a un diorama. El uso var\u00eda desde un modelo r\u00e1pido, para referencia, exploraci\u00f3n o an\u00e1lisis, hasta modelos muy acabados para la promoci\u00f3n o presentaci\u00f3n de proyectos a clientes, o al p\u00fablico. Adem\u00e1s de las maquetas arquitect\u00f3nicas y urbanas, se elaboran tambi\u00e9n maquetas topogr\u00e1ficas.<\/p>\n

Nuestro objetivo es representar claramente el proyecto de edificaci\u00f3n a la escala adecuada, para que su cliente pueda apreciar perfectamente y a detalle el modelo representado de su proyecto.<\/p>\n

Igualmente si usted cuenta con un modelo a escala, debemos recordar que el mantenimiento es muy importante, ya que las piezas y elementos arquitect\u00f3nicos propios de la representaci\u00f3n, se ensucia al pasar de los meses hasta el momento en que se puedan desprender estos elementos.<\/p>\n

Ll\u00e1menos para que podamos cotizar la fabricaci\u00f3n y\/o mantenimiento de sus maquetas.<\/p>\n

Mediante estas se dise\u00f1an elementos especialmente complicados o repetitivos. estos detalles pueden ser de naturaleza constructiva, pero tambi\u00e9n pueden ser decorativos. gracias a estas pueden resolverse problemas de forma, materiales, textura de las superficies y color. las escalas van desde 1:10 a 1:1. pueden realizarse cuando existen dibujos t\u00e9cnicos bastante precisos de un proyecto ya maduro.<\/p>\n

En esta fase del proyecto se construyen maquetas de detalles para valorar diferentes alternativas constructivas o formales de aspectos singulares. en estas maquetas se estudian problemas pl\u00e1sticos, de colorido y de materiales. las maquetas de detalle se realizan como alternativa a un elemento arquitect\u00f3nico.<\/p>\n
