Estas maquetas son dise\u00f1adas para mostrar entornos o edificios emblem\u00e1ticos con un detalle reducido para realizar estudios sobre el proyecto. Se utiliza un tratamiento especial, conceptual y minimalista en la construcci\u00f3n de estas maquetas, para un resultado m\u00e1s impactante.<\/p>\n

En el caso de las maquetas volum\u00e9tricas, se les suele dar un tratamiento un poco m\u00e1s amplio, ya que muchas veces es necesario delimitar ciertas zonas de cada proyecto, dando importancia a unos elementos m\u00e1s que a otros.<\/p>\n

Orientadas a arquitectos, ingenier\u00edas, estudiantes o departamentos de patrimonio de grandes empresas.<\/p>\n

Las maquetas volum\u00e9tricas, son las que inician un proyecto, las llamamos volum\u00e9tricas porque en ellas solo podemos apreciarlas como vol\u00famenes puros, hacemos este procedimiento por que es necesario para nosotros ver la el conjunto de los distintos vol\u00famenes, para ver c\u00f3mo interact\u00faan en una unidad, para ver la escala y la proporci\u00f3n de lo que estamos proponiendo, para ver si resulta muy pesado o muy agresivo respecto del entorno donde vaya a ser emplazado nuestro proyecto.<\/span><\/p>\n

Algunos de los materiales empleados son el poliestireno expandido o tambi\u00e9n llamado tergopol y la esponja florar, carton, trovicel o unicel.<\/p>\n
